I am trying to be grateful for all the good that I have in my life, I’m not always successful, but I’m trying.

I’ve been out the whole week due to a sinus sickness .. second time this year .. that’s a record.
Good thing I got to have family Thanksgiving last weekend .. this week was work and bed ..
But .. as long as I’m good by sunday (and I should be) .. I’ll be in the gym monday 👍

it’s frustrating how debilitating sinus stuff can be … hope you feel better soon.
have you heard of sinus massage? look it up – it might help – it’s a self-care thing.
