Why Would Communist Nations Need Capital?

“The New World Order is a world that has a supernational authority to regulate world commerce and industry; an international organization that would control the production and consumption of oil; an international currency that would replace the dollar; a World Development Fund that would make funds available to free and Communist nations alike; and an international police force to enforce the edicts of the New World Order.” Former West German Chancellor, Willy Brandt.
I mean:

In political and social sciences, communism (from Latin communis, “common, universal”)[1][2] is the philosophical, social, political, and economic ideology and movement whose ultimate goal is the establishment of thecommunist society, which is a socioeconomic order structured upon the common ownership of the means of production and the absence of social classes, money,[3][4] and the state.[5][6]

  1. It’s kind of a fake-it-till-you-make-it thing, and the rank-and-file ideologues who supported Bernie Sanders aren’t aware of the inside baseball. I mean, if they all realized that Hillary represented the most practical way forward to their “Utopia”, they would have all been behind her; but, being ideologues, they can’t understand that money – lots and lots and lots of it – would be needed to get you there. It’s only *after* the the NWO has been fully established that money would no longer be a part of their lives.

Basically, Willy Brandt wasn’t really describing the end-game NWO, but rather, the buildup of the NWO, according to the global implementation strategy, as it was then in the Cold War era. As we know, the real end-game of the NWO is for the whole world to be under the control of a single, Soviet-style government. The funds that would flow from the “World Development Fund” to go toward “free nations” as they were being scooped up. Clearly, the purveyors of the NWO never envisioned a world where there would be any distinction between a free nation and a communist nation, when the implementation plan was complete – every square inch of the planet would be under iron-fisted communist rule, regardless of whether or not the name “communist” was used to describe it. In that speech, I guess he had to make that distinction because you did have first-world and second-world nations at that time (when was that speech?) and he was basically making clear that they planned on getting their tentacles in all nations, first, second and third-world.

I think it’s also clear that the power players in the Kremlin during the Cold War, who dreamed of world domination under their own communist thumbs, were not necessarily the same people that you find going to the Bilderberg Hotel every year in Geneva, who have the same ambitions. Basically, it’s the same vision, with a difference in opinion about who is going to sit on the throne of power when it’s all done.

From what I’ve been told, it was after the Cold War that the globalists decided to set up shop in China, and get their henchmen (like Bill Clinton) to breach the hull of America and other western countries through free trade, as a way to build up China and make sure that there would still be *a* communist superpower in the world. I assume that it’s basically a two-pronged strategy – they want something that can challenge free nations from the outside, while also working hard to corrupt the free nations from within.
